<aside> ⭐ TL;DR

The average PM salary is 4300€/mo and Sr. PM salary is 5350 €/mo gross.
There seems to be a bigger salary jump after 5+ years of experience, compared to the first few years in product management.
The average salary in companies with 50+ people is 27% higher than in smaller companies.
Average salaries for men and women in the Product Manager (individual contributor) role is the same, however, the range (both highs and lows) is much wider for men.

63% of the responses were from Technology and Software industry companies of all sizes. All of them were working either in hybrid or fully remote format.
Overall, 84% of responses were from companies larger than 50 people.
Overall, 91% were working in hybrid arrangement. We only had one respondent working in an office-based arrangement.

Majority of the responders were individual contributors, with 59% identified as PMs and 25% as Senior PMs.
With a wide range of experience represented, 50% had 2-3 years of experience.
